Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sieving apparatus which is capable of efficiently sieving a conveying object so that it does not soar and which is capable of controlling the transmission of vibration to the outside. SOLUTION: The sieving apparatus 1 is provided with a casing 2 to incorporate the powdery or granular conveying object W to the inside, a trough 2A to convey the conveying object W with vibration, which is installed at the bottom face of the casing 2, a screen 23 to sieve the conveying object W while dividing the inner space 2a up and down, of which at least one is installed within the casing 2, a linear motor 3 which is fixed to the casing 2 and which vibrates reciprocally along the vibration direction X approximately in parallel with the screen 23 and the trough 2A, and a supporting part 4 to support the casing 2 so that it can rock in the vibration direction X.
