Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponics method for excellently applying plants to a hydroponics environment and raising seedlings, and to provide a hydroponics device for performing the method. SOLUTION: This hydroponics method includes planting a rooted cutting 13 collected from a plant in a pot 14 having water permeability and holding mineral soil 26, installing the pot 14 into a container 12 with an openable upper surface, and circulating water or culture solution between a water or culture solution-storing tank and the container 12 so as to keep the amount of water or culture solution in the container 12 constant.
