ELECTRIC MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor having a resin-insulated part which allows easy positioning and sure installation of a stator of the electric motor, while maintaining the performance of the electric motor. SOLUTION: In the electric motor in which the stator 10 includes an annular yoke 11, extending in the circumferential direction and a plurality of teeth 12, radially extending from the annular yoke 11, and a winding 30 is wound to the resin-insulated part 20 formed at the teeth 12; the shape of the bottom of a slot of the stator 10 is a slot shape formed with an angular part 16 having an angle in at least one part. In the resin-insulated part 20, a positioning protrusion 29 for positioning at the stator 10 is formed at the end face side of the resin-insulated part which faces the stator, and the positioning protrusion 29 is inserted into and fixed to the angular part 16, having the angle at least in one part of the bottom of the slot of the stator.
