Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack control apparatus that detects the total voltage of a battery pack and the voltage of each electrical cell and selects a detected voltage to control the battery pack, thereby preventing overdischarge of the battery pack and suppressing unnecessary power limitation. SOLUTION: The battery pack control apparatus includes multiple first voltage detecting means which are connected to the electrical cells 1, constituting a battery pack 3 for detecting the voltages of the electrical cells 1; a second voltage detecting means that detects the total voltage of the battery pack 3; and a control means that selects either the voltage of an electric cell 1, or the total voltage of the battery pack 3 and controls the power of the battery pack 3, according to the selected voltage.
