COMMUNICATION METHOD AND MOBILE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a transmission time by improving the transition of a radio access network. SOLUTION: A communication method by a mobile apparatus includes: a step (S305) for receiving an instruction of radio access network transition, which designates a second radio access network to be in a location, when communication in a first radio access network is terminated; a step of starting the transition to the designated second radio access network; a step of confirming the radio access network for communication when transmission is requested; and a step (S310) for interrupting the transition to the second radio access network when the radio access network for communication is the first radio access network.
