Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input circuit and a semiconductor integrated circuit which can reduce malfunctions by electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: The input circuit 10a for receiving an input signal supplied to an input terminal 2 includes a capacitor 42, having one end connected to the input terminal and a capacitor driving circuits 51, 52, 41 for converting the input signal into a signal having positive logic that is identical to the logic of the input signal and supplying the converted signal to the other end of the capacitor and driving the capacitor.
