DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM FOR NETWORK SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic system that is applicable to a process control system including complicated network configurations, and easily and flexibly sets and changes procedures of monitoring and diagnosis on the basis of situations without requiring any high level special knowledge about a network even when monitoring and diagnosing complicated content including a plurality of pieces of processing. SOLUTION: Operations including monitoring and diagnosis which are executable by a diagnostic device 1 are made into components on a diagnostic component parameter definition sheet 13k. Desired diagnostic components are selected in a flow definition sheet 13l while the default value of the parameter of the diagnostic components is set, and copied/pasted to a flow definition region below the sheet. Thus, it is possible to define an operation flow including monitoring and diagnosis to be executed by the diagnostic device 1 by arranging diagnostic components 2301 to 2305 in time series.
