SOLUTION: A lending processing part 231 requests information on the amount of deposit of an account number corresponding to a user number, to a financial institution device 100 of a security money bank corresponding to the user number. The lending processing part 231, upon acquiring information on the amount of deposit from the financial institution device 100, confirms whether the account balance of the security money account exceeds the minimum required amount of money.
