Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine sale history management system, for preventing abuse of drugs by suppressing mass sale of a deadly OTC drug or ethical drug. SOLUTION: The system includes: a drug management database storing information for high-risk drugs in high doses; a purchaser management database storing information for a purchaser who purchased a high-risk drug and information for the purchased drug; and a sale propriety confirmation control means which obtains, upon receipt of a purchase applicant of the high-risk drug from a store terminal, information for the drug the purchaser applicant purchased in the past from the purchaser management database, merges information for this purchase-applied drug with the information for the drug purchased in the past, determines whether this purchase-applied drug exceeds a risk level when administered based on information for risk level registered in the drug management database, and transmits information for instructing stop of the sale when it exceeds the risk level to the store terminal to display it.
