Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared ray absorbing film, capable of exhibiting superior durability and capable of preventing a pressure-sensitive adhesive from transferring to an object to be bonded, when layering a near-infrared ray absorbing layer on the pressure-sensitive adhesive to be attached to the object to be bonded, such as a glass plate, in the near-infrared ray absorbing film laminated with the near-infrared ray absorbing layer containing a binder resin, a near-infrared ray absorbing compound, and the like, on a base material, such as a film. SOLUTION: The glass transition temperature of the binder resin that is a main component of the near-infrared ray absorbing layer is 60°C or more, and the dynamic hardness of a surface of the near-infrared ray absorption layer is within a range of 1.0-20 mN/μm2, in the near-infrared ray absorbing film laminated with the near-infrared ray absorbing layer on the base material.
