Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of information contained in a command for drawing a character as compared with a conventional one. SOLUTION: A CPU acquires a setting parameter stored in a font processor (SA1), and acquires an affine transform parameter and an offset parameter for glyph data of a character to be drawn (SA2). When determining that the affine transform parameter acquired in the SA2 coincides with the setting parameter acquired in the SA1 (SA3;YES), the CPU determines whether or not the offset parameter acquired in the SA2 coincides with the setting parameter acquired in the SA1 (SA5). The CPU generates a drawing instruction not including the affine transform parameter and the offset parameter (SA6) when determining "YES", and generates a drawing instruction not including the affine transform parameter and including the offset parameter (SA7) when determining "NO".
