SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger in which the circulation passage of one of heat exchanging fluids is composed of the capillary tube 10, a circulation passage of the other fluid is composed of a tubular body 20, and both tubes 10, 20 are kept into contact with each other, both tubes 10, 20 are spirally formed by being coiled, diameters of the coils are respectively determined so that the capillary tube 10 is kept into contact with an outer peripheral face or an inner peripheral face of the tubular body 20, both tubes 10, 20 are inserted from an opening end of the spiral and assembled, and the assembly is brazed in a heating furnace to be joined.
