SOLUTION: A plate-like lever member made of a steel plate, as the material, having a stepped part with the plate thickness changed in a tapered shape, having a fixed plate width, and by moving one end with a fulcrum as a center by cutting into a desired size, moving a component connected to the other end. The plate thickness of the lever member from the other end connected to the component to the fulcrum includes a step so that the fulcrum side is thicker and the sheet thickness of the step is changed in a tapered shape.
