Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine speed control device capable of accurately grasping the cold or hot state of an engine and improving the stability of engine speed. SOLUTION: The engine speed control device 50 of an engine 100 includes an lubricating oil temperature sensor 11a, a cooling water temperature sensor 17a, and an engine speed sensor 2b. The engine speed control device 50 also includes a gain map 200 defining a PID gain to target speed for each speed difference between actual speed and the target speed, and a correction map 300 defining a correction coefficient for each temperature difference between a lubricating oil temperature and a cooling water temperature, reads the correction coefficient corresponding to a temperature difference between the lubricating oil temperature detected by the lubricating oil temperature sensor 11a, and the cooling water temperature detected by the cooling water temperature sensor 17a from the correction map 300, and executes PID control by using a value obtained by multiplying the correction coefficient and the PID gain read from the gain map 200.
