Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dispersibility of an inorganic nano particle and the gas permeability of a polymer membrane. SOLUTION: The gas separation membrane is formed by dispersing a surface hyperbranched- or surface dendrimer-modified inorganic nanoparticles obtained by adding a hyperbranched polymer or a dendrimer polymer to the surface of inorganic nanoparticles such as silica nanoparticles each having a nano-order particle diameter in a matrix resin and performing film formation. The surface hyperbranched-modified silica nanoparticle is made, for example, by treating silica nanoparticle with an amino group-containing trialkoxysilane and thereafter reacting the particle with a compound having one carboxy group and ≥2 amino groups or halogen atoms. The surface dendrimer-modified silica nanoparticle is made, for example, by treating silica nanoparticle with an amino group-containing trialkoxysilane and thereafter treating and reacting the particle with a compound having ≥3 carboxy groups and further treating and reacting the particle with a compound having 2 amino groups and repeating the steps.
