APPARATUS FOR BENDING SHEET METAL PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for bending sheet metal products, with which a bag-shaped bent part is accurately and easily formed. SOLUTION: A die 25 for forming a second bent part 15b in the upper edge part of a side panel outer 1 is divided into the die body 35 and a slide die member 36 and a recessed portion 36a and a projecting portion 36b for forming the second bent part 15b are provided on the side of a slide die member 36. In this way, the second bent part 15b after forming is moved integrally together with the slide die member 36 without sticking to the shape or the like of the upper edge part of the side panel outer 1. By utilizing a gap formed between the side panel outer and the die body 35 by these movements, the side panel outer 1 is detached from the slide die member 36.
