Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning system and a cleaning method, which can supply cleaning water containing microbubbles (air bubbles) to an arbitrary part of an object to be cleaned, further can suppress a decrease in microbubble density in supplying, and furthermore can aim a simplification of equipment. SOLUTION: The cleaning system 1 cleaning a car body 2 comprises a pressurized tank 24 pooling the cleaning water containing microbubbles, a gas supply part 25 supplying a compressed gas inside the pressurized tank 24, and a spray nozzle 27 communicating with the pressurized tank 24 and spraying the car body 2 with the cleaning water in the pressurized tank 24. In the cleaning system 1, the liquid surface of the cleaning water containing microbubbles is pressurized equally by supplying the compressed gas to the pressurized tank 24, and the pressure allows the pressurized tank 24 to discharge the microbubble cleaning water to spray the car body 2.
