Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for solving a problem of impairing the health of a person who handles a personal computer because work is performed on a personal computer keyboard with hands in various conditions to stick colon bacilli and various bacteria thereto. SOLUTION: The keyboard is covered with a case that covers the whole keyboard in the terminated state of personal computer work. A germicidal lamp is provided in the case, and irradiation of sterilizing rays of the germicidal lamp is performed for a fixed time.
