FLUORESCENCE OBSERVATION SYSTEM, FLUORESCENCE OBSERVATION DEVICE AND FLUORESCENCE OBSERVATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an observation by a fluorescence image with high quantitativity by thoroughly removing the dependency on a distance and an angle remaining in an image subjected to division processing. SOLUTION: The fluorescence observation system 1 includes: a fluorescence observation apparatus 100; a calibration device 101 which is connected to the fluorescence observation device 100 and is provided with a standard sample 30 and observation state setting mechanisms 31 and 32 changeably setting an observation distance D and an observation angle θ of the fluorescence observation device 100 with respect to the standard sample 30; and an observation condition adjustment section 10 which adjusts the observation condition based on the set observation distance D and observation angle θ, and the reference image G1and the fluorescence image G2that are acquired by capturing the image of the standard sample 30 by the fluorescence observation device 100.
