Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a laminated wiring conductor which reduces wiring inductance sufficiently and prevents increases of a size and cost, and to provide a power converter using the same. SOLUTION: The connection structure includes first and second laminated wiring conductors 3, 4 each formed by laminating a plurality of band-like conductors 5, 6, 9, 10 through an insulation layer 7. A conductive path is formed by electrically connecting the band-like conductors 5, 6 and band-like conductors 9, 10 respectively in same layers of the laminated wiring conductors 3, 4. The first and second laminated wiring conductors 3, 4 respectively form junction parts CON1, CON2 in a connection position of the two by overlapping exposed pars 5b, 6b of the band-like conductors 5, 6, 9, 10 in the same layers. The junction parts CON1, CON2 of the band-like conductors 5, 6, 9, 10 in the respective layers are formed in positions shifted by predetermined distances in a longitudinal direction from a reference position as closer to the band-like conductors 6, 10 from the lowermost band-like conductors 5, 9, and the respective junction parts CON1, CON2 are fixed with a connection member 8.
