Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell unit that can keep the same production line as in the past, working efficiency and power generation efficiency without inducing a drop of working efficiency because of the modification of production line or positioning and so on when a non-adhesive film not adhering to a solar cell is intervened or a fatal drop of power generation efficiency as a solar cell module, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The solar cell unit 10 includes: at least a resin sheet (resin foamed sheet) 11 that has micro air bubbles superior in smoothness that is equivalent to the flatness of a solar cell; a solar cell 12; an EVA sheet 14 made of thermosetting resin; and a reinforced glass 15 provided on the EVA sheet 14, wherein the solar cell 12 is pinched with the resin foamed sheet 11 and the EVA sheet 14.
