Although the gap decreases if the frame mounting screws 21a-1, 21a-2 are fastened, components such as the frame 11a and the case 14a has rigidity, and thereby, pressure for the peripheral edge portion 12a-1 to push the cover packing 15a by fastening the frame mounting screws 21a-1, 21a-2 increases.
