WATERPROOF CASE FOR INDICATING LAMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof case for an indicating lamp to house a non-waterproof indicating lamp, securing moisture proof and water proof performance of the indicating lamp by simple execution of works. SOLUTION: First, a guide light 200 is mounted to the lamp mounting bracket 17a of a case 14a mounted to a wall or the like. The case 14 is then fitted into a cover 12a, and a frame 11a is fitted into the case 14a to temporarily assemble them. In a temporarily assemble state, the peripheral edge portion 12a-1 of the case 12a is brought into contact with a cover packing 15a, and at the same time, a gap corresponding to the fastening amount of frame mounting screws 21a-1, 21a-2 exists between portions of the frame 11a around through-holes 11a-1, 11a-2 and flat portions 14a-1, 14a-2 of the case 14a. Although the gap decreases if the frame mounting screws 21a-1, 21a-2 are fastened, components such as the frame 11a and the case 14a has rigidity, and thereby, pressure for the peripheral edge portion 12a-1 to push the cover packing 15a by fastening the frame mounting screws 21a-1, 21a-2 increases.
