SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar cell has a transparent substrate 11, a transparent conductive film 12, an n-type semiconductor electrode 14 containing dye, and p-type semiconductor layers 15, 16 at a laminated state from a light-receiving face side. Further, a counter-electrode 17 forming numerous projections 17a on the surface facing to the p-type semiconductor layers 15, 16 is laminated on the p-type semiconductor layers 15, 16.
