Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing carbide, which continuously manufactures carbide in a sheet form having excellent physical characteristics such as electric resistance value by carbonizing an organic matter of a sheet form with the use of infrared ray radiation. SOLUTION: The device 1 for manufacturing carbide includes: a pair of light sources 3a, 3b capable of radiating infrared ray radiation 2; a reflection mirror 6 having a radiation reflection surface 4 with a concave curvature; a storage 9 for organic matter to store the organic matter 8 of a sheet form in a storage space 7; a regulator 12 for reduced atmosphere to set the storage space 7 to a reduced atmosphere; and a part 15 for changing a position to be irradiated and heated by moving the organic matter 8 in the storage space 7 in up and down directions while rotating in order to move the position for radiation and heating by the infrared ray radiation 2.
