ELEVATOR LANDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator landing device capable of preventing a maintenance person of an elevator from falling in a hoistway when a landing door is opened and enabling the maintenance person to open the landing door by manual operation on a landing side and move into a car. SOLUTION: The elevator landing device includes: a landing door 5 provided on a landing of the elevator; a locking device 7 for locking the landing door 5; an unlocking device 8 provided in the vicinity of an unlocking hole 14 of the landing for unlocking the locking device 7; an opening and closing device 15 for opening and closing the unlocking hole 14; and a controller 16 for controlling the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing device 15. With use of the controller 16, the unlocking hole 14 is normally closed by the opening and closing device 15 and is opened only when the landing door 5 can be opened in conjunction with a car door of the elevator.
