RECORDING HEAD AND RECORDER HAVING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head and a recorder which are downsizable while reducing generation of surge. SOLUTION: A thermal head 10 has a plurality of heat generation parts 40a arranged on a head substrate, a plurality of control IC 70 for controlling heat generation of the heat generation part 40a based on a timing signal, a plurality of first conductive layers 51 electrically connecting the plurality of heat generation parts 40a and the plurality of control IC 70, and fourth conductive layers 54 for sending the timing signal, connecting one control IC 70 and the other control IC 70 of the plurality of control IC 70, wherein the fourth conductive layers 54 has an integrating circuit 80 electrically connected in series between one control IC 70 and the other control IC 70.
