Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simulating a behavior of a crystalline resin injected into a mold from an injection molding machine. SOLUTION: The method for simulating the behavior of a molten crystalline resin comprises a first step S1 of setting the physical property information of the molten crystalline resin and boundary conditions of the injection molding machine and the mold; the second step S2 of incrementing time information by a prescribed time width (Δt); the third step S3 of calculating the pressure of the crystalline resin at the time of a day incremented in the step S2; a fourth step S4 of calculating the forefront position of the crystalline resin of the mold at a certain time of a day; a fifth step S5 of calculating a temperature of the crystalline resin at a certain time of a day; and a sixth step S6 of calculating the shear viscosity of the crystalline resin at a certain time of a day where the steps S2 to S6 are sequentially repeated for simulation. After the step S6, a seventh step S7 of correcting physical property information by calculating a cooling rate of the crystalline resin accompanied by the crystallization process is included, and by the steps S3 and S5 performed after the step S7, the pressure and the temperature are calculated based on physical property information corrected by the step S7.
