Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a water-repellent layer on the internal wall surface of a nozzle is removed by plasma processing with a protect sheet attached to the drop jetting surface side of a nozzle plate, the water-repellent layer on the drop jetting surface is removed due to float of the protective sheet. SOLUTION: When a nozzle plate 2 is formed by removing the water-repellent layer 32 on the internal wall surface of the nozzle from the nozzle plate 200 that has the nozzle 4 for jetting a drop of liquid and also has the water-repellent layer 32 on the drop jetting surface side, the nozzle plate 200 is held in vacuum chambers 101 and 102 and the insides of the vacuum chambers 101 and 102 are evacuated, positive pressure is held on the drop jetting surface side of the nozzle plate 200 with respect to the liquid supply surface side thereof. Plasma is generated only on the liquid supply surface side, thereby removing the water-repellent layer 32 adhering to the internal wall surface of the nozzle 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
