Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and means for reinforcing an end which can prevent the interlayer part of the end from causing interlayer destruction when another member is press-fitted/joined into/to the end of an FRP-made cylindrical body. SOLUTION: In the FRP-made cylindrical body, at least one end of an FRP-made cylindrical body is reinforced to make another member be fitted/joined into/to the FRP-made cylindrical body. The cylindrical body comprises a reinforcing fiber layer in which the winding angle of a fiber reinforcement is 0° or above and less than 45° in the axial direction of the cylindrical body and a matrix resin. On the inside and/or the outside of at least one end of the cylindrical body, the reinforcing fiber layer in which the winding angle of the fiber reinforcement is 45° or above and 90° or below in the axial direction of the cylindrical body and a reinforcing layer made of a cloth of reinforcing fibers and the matrix resin are laminated/arranged.
