SINGLE-SIDED CORRUGATED CARDBOARD PRODUCING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent corrugation cracks of a corrugating medium in forming corrugation by corrugating the corrugating medium in the close state of a pair of corrugating rolls and a preheater roll for the corrugating medium. SOLUTION: The preheater roll 621 for the corrugating medium heats the corrugating medium 40 supplied from a splicer 5 for the corrugating medium and supplies it toward a pair of corrugating rolls 622, 623. A rotatable touch roll 66 is supported by a swingable support lever 67. An actuator 68a of an air cylinder 68 is connected to the support lever 67 to press the touch roll 66 to the roll peripheral surface of the preheater roll 621 for the corrugating medium. An air driving control device 180 controls the magnitude of pressing force for pressing the touch roll 66 to the roll peripheral surface according to pressing information. The corrugating medium 40 is clamped between the touch roll 66 and the preheater roll 621 for the corrugating medium and given conveying force from the roll peripheral surface. The tension of the corrugating medium 40 is thereby kept constant to prevent the occurrence of corrugation cracks. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
