Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable countermeasure against the infiltration of moisture through an edge portion of a double-layer plate product such as a solar cell panel and an electronic panel for an image display device. SOLUTION: A tip of a discharge port for a coating agent is formed into a slit facing a part of a peripheral surface of a longitudinal section of an edge portion of a double-layer plate product. A coating nozzle having the slit-shaped discharge port for a coating agent is driven to rotate, so that the direction of the slit-shaped discharge port for a coating agent can be freely changed in a planar view and consecutive operation becomes possible for the edge portions of 4 (front, back, left, and right) peripheral surfaces.
