SOLUTION: A level adjustment circuit 13 attenuates a signal between an other end 21B of a first transmission line 21 and an other end 22B of a second transmission line 22 to apply it to between a first electrode 11 and a second electrode 12 in a transmission period, and also amplifies a signal between the first electrode 11 and second electrode 12 to apply it to between the other ends 21B and 22B in a reception period.
