Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the oscillation wavelength so that a wavelength shift may not arise and to further match the wavelength of a light source for wavelength multiplex optical telecommunications systems with an ITU-TS grid to make the wavelength variable. SOLUTION: An etalon 106 is located in an optical path of a semiconductor laser light made into a parallel plane wave by a collimator lens 102, and the wavelength of a semiconductor laser device is locked by making a difference between divided lights of a transmitted light or a reflected light into a wavelength error signal.
