FACILITY MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously monitor the state of a facility to be managed by a facility management device on the basis of measured data. SOLUTION: A pulse count monitoring/calculating part 104 starts acquiring a pulse signal to be output by measurement equipment in response to an instruction of a monitor request acceptance part 103, and calculates the total number of pulses, and stops calculation in response to an instruction from the monitor request acceptance part 103. Also, the pulse count monitoring/calculating part 104 converts the total number of pulses into a measurement value when accepting the monitoring start instruction from the monitor request acceptance part 103, and displays the converted measurement value on a display part 105 with an elapsed time from the start of monitoring. In addition, the pulse count monitoring/calculating part 104 converts the total number of pulses into the measurement value when accepting the monitoring stop instruction from the monitor request acceptance part 103, and displays the converted measurement value on the display part 105.
