Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a device which can simply perform processings for approximating a shape curve which is represented by the data on a section of a two-dimensional structure. SOLUTION: A base-shape data generating means 16 cuts out three-dimensional data in a set area and generates two-dimensional data, showing the original surface shape of a measuring object T. A detailed shape-data generating means 17 cuts out the three-dimensional data in the set area and generates two-dimensional data, showing the detailed surface shape of the measuring object T. A curvature-acquiring means 18 calculates a curvature from these two-dimensional data. The curvature-acquiring means 18 applies, as an approximated curve, a two-dimensional curve passing on or near a dot group of which the vertex is located close to the center of a sample point of the two-dimensional data, and calculates the curvature, based on the curvature in the center part of the sample point of the applied approximated curve.
