Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the unstable pressure behavior of a pressure control chamber 61 when the bounce of an armature 83 is generated during closing a valve. SOLUTION: A valve chamber 85c is formed in a valve body 85 around an area where the armature 83 opens/closes a discharge passage 84b. A fuel flow path 85f is provided in the valve body 85 for discharging fuel from the valve chamber 85c between a lower face 83d of the armature 83 and an upper end face 85b of the valve body 85, opposing each other. Thus, switching leak is preferentially supplied between the opposed faces 83d, 85b of the armature 83 and the valve body 85 to form a fluid damper while preventing the stay of bubbles in a minute clearance, therefore suppressing the unstable pressure behavior of the pressure control chamber 61 when the bounce of the armature 83 is generated during closing the valve.
