Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a construction cost gets high and wherein inspection or the like also gets difficult, because a drain plug, a heater and a heat-insulation material are used, or the pipe and the drain plug are embedded up to a freezing depth or more, for preventing water from being frozen in a water service pipe. SOLUTION: This water service pipe anti-freezing device circulates the water using a circulation pump, to prevent the water from being frozen in the pipe, utilizing a property of water.
