LOCKING/UNLOCKING SYSTEM, PORTABLE TERMINAL, KEY OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE, LOCKING/UNLOCKING METHOD, PROGRAM THEREFOR, AND PROGRAM RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking system which makes key locking/unlocking performed by using a personal identification number (personal identification information) dispensing with pre-registration, and which accurately and surely notifies a person, requiring an unlocking operation, of the personal identification number. SOLUTION: When a user inputting the personal identification number from a number input device 31 holds up a cellular phone 10 over a key opening/closing device 30, the input personal identification number is stored by being transferred to a key replacement function 12 from a noncontact IC chip communication function 32 via a noncontact IC tag 11 of the cellular phone 10; and the key of a locking/unlocking device 34 is locked. Otherwise, when the cellular phone 10, in which the personal identification number is input or stored, is held up over the key opening/closing device 30, the personal identification number is read from the cellular phone 10, and the key of the locking/unlocking device 34 is locked. The personal identification number stored in the cellular phone 10 is transferred to a key replacement function 22 of another cellular phone 20, possessed by an unlocking person, from a personal identification number transmission/reception function 13. Thus, when the cellular phones 20 and 10 are held up over the key opening/closing device 30, the key of the locking/unlocking device 34 is unlocked. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
