Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating polymer composition applicable to an insulation structure having sufficient properties (insulation properties, mechanical properties) to contribute conservation of the global environment. SOLUTION: The insulating polymer composition is obtained by heating and curing an insulating material comprising at least an epoxidized vegetable oil and a curing agent, followed by a three-dimensional crosslinking. A raw material of the curing agent includes a vanillin compound which is a polyphenol derivative of vegetable origin.
