Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride-based highly stretchable film having >300% of the maximum elongation at break even when the thickness of the film is thinned to ≤10 μm, obtained in extremely good extrusion moldability, and exhibiting excellent mechanical characteristics in food container packaging use. SOLUTION: The polyvinyl chloride-based highly stretchable film comprises a vinyl chloride-based resin composition containing 8-32 pts.wt. of an dialkyl adipate-based plasticizer [plasticizer (A)], and 8-32 pts.wt. of a triethylene glycol compound [plasticizer (B)] having both terminals of the molecule formed into a diester with benzoic acid and 2-ethylhexylic acid, regulated so that the total amount of the plasticizers (A) and (B) may be 28-42 pts.wt., and further containing 10-20 pts.wt. of an epoxydized vegetable oil [plasticizer (C)], based on 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride-based resin having 1,300 average polymerization degree.
