Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a hybrid type forklift, capable of simplifying control in the hybrid type forklift. SOLUTION: This hybrid type forklift is provided with an HVECU 53 for integrally controlling the whole and mounted with the arithmetic processing function possessed by an LECU 52. The HVECU 53 can communicate with the LECU 52, and bypasses input information inputted to the LECU 52 from a lift lever 34 or a tilt lever 35 to the HVECU 53 from the LECU 52. In an uncommunicable state between the HVECU 53 and the LECU 52, the LECU 52 arithmetically operates a command value to a cargo handling motor 43 and an opening-closing command value of a cargo handling valve 23, and transfers to fail-safe processing for outputting the command value of a rotating speed in the cargo handling motor 43 to an LMECU 51.
