METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TUBULAR HOLLOW BODY AND TUBULAR HOLLOW BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tubular hollow body with high accuracy and high strength, which has at least three pipe openings and partly or completely consists of plastics material. SOLUTION: The method includes a step of producing a lost core pipe to be retained; a core pipe introduction step of introducing the core pipe into a cavity of a mold, with two non-lost core pieces 17 and 18 not to be retained being arranged respectively in a sealing manner relative to connection openings at the ends of the core pipe, and one end of a non-lost core part 19 being arranged in a sealing manner relative to a docking opening at the end of the core pipe; a step of injecting the plastics material to the cavity of the mold to encapsulate the core pipe, the core pieces and the core part; and a step of withdrawing, after curing the injected plastics material, the core pieces and the core part from the hollow body 1 created.
