Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutting machine for making positioning parts of a cutter holder quickly abut on an upper and lower positioning part of a cutter elevating member. SOLUTION: Holding members 26 having distal end parts 26a energized upward by a second spring member 25 are provided at right and left positions of the cutter elevating member 4. The cutter holder 3 is provided with an engaging hole 40 engaged to the holding members 26. When the cutter holder 3 is moved toward a mounting part 5 of the cutter elevating member 4 and the distal end parts 26a of the holding members 26 are engaged to the engaging hole 40, the right and left positioning parts (distal end parts S) 33, 34 of the cutter holder 3 are made to abut on the upper and lower positioning part 12 of the cutter elevating member 4 by biasing force to upper sides of the distal end parts 26a of the holding members 26.
