PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device or the like, capable of flexible and general-purpose notification of information in accordance with conditions such that various kinds of information such as a battery remaining amount can be recognized even during a call by an information notification means which is not unpleasant like vibration without depending on only visual sense and auditory sense. SOLUTION: The portable terminal device 100 has: a moving body control mechanism 120 for controlling the movement of a prescribed-mass moving body 121 provided inside the portable terminal device 100; a battery remaining amount detection portion 130 for detecting the power remaining amount of a battery 10; a scale adjustment portion 140 for calculating the ratio of the detected battery remaining amount on the basis of a prescribed scale; a gravity center position calculation portion 150 for calculating the gravity center position of the inside on the basis of scale adjustment data; a moving body position calculation portion 160 for calculating the position of the moving body on the basis of the calculated gravity center position; and a moving body control portion 170 for controlling the moving body on the basis of the calculated position of the moving body.
