SOLUTION: The device for heating the in-vehicle battery includes a battery pack 2 composed by electrically connecting a plurality of battery cells 211, each is a secondary battery capable of charging discharging, used for driving a vehicle, and a heating device 4 heating only the plurality of specific battery cells 211 of the battery pack 2, and the battery pack 2 include a series group being connected in series the plurality of battery cells 211, and a parallel group being connected in parallel a plurality of series groups.
