Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect correctly condition of a battery by detecting the battery condition by avoiding the effect of noises. SOLUTION: A voltage detection instruction is transmitted by a battery controller transmitting a status detection instruction to a cell controller of the uppermost order by communications of cascade method between the adjoining cell controllers from an upper order side to a lower order side. Each of the cell controllers CC1-CCn is operated by a clock frequency shifted from 1/N times value of the switching frequency of an inverter 2 connected to a battery pack 1.
