RECORDING MEDIUM AND REPRODUCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a user-friendly information recording and reproducing technique; or an informational recording medium. SOLUTION: The recording medium is recorded with: image voice information; identification information for identifying the image voice information; and URL information about the image voice information. The reproducing technique includes: a reproducing means which reproduces the recording medium in which the image voice information and the URL information about the image voice information are recorded; a transmission means which transmits identification information which identifies the image voice information recorded on the recording medium to a server which has the URL based on the URL information reproduced by the reproducing means; and a receiving means to receive the image voice information corresponding to the identification information from the server.
