PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the existence certification of an object by correcting location information acquired by a GPS. SOLUTION: When receiving location time information ID from a portable terminal 200, a communication means 10 requests location time information corresponding to location time information ID to a location time information providing server 300, and a location correction means 12 compares first location information included in tag information with second location information included in the location time information, and when it is determined that a difference between the first location information and the second location information is equal to or smaller than a preliminarily set value, and that object ID stored in the storage device is equal to the stored object ID, and that the location information of a record whose time information is the latest and the first location information stored in the storage device are equal by referring to the record from a report information file 16, the location correction means replaces the second location information with the first location information, and corrects the location of the location time information.
