Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive laminate and a photosensitive film that has high utilization efficiency of light, is improved in exposure sensitivity (sensitivity, thin line adhesion properties and resolution) and is superior in productivity, and to provide a production method of a printed board. SOLUTION: The photosensitive laminate includes a first photosensitive layer, including a photosensitive resin composition that contains a polymerization initiating component (A-1 component) comprising a photopolymerization initiator or the photopolymerization initiator and a sensitized dye, and having a peak of photosensitivity at a wavelength from 345 nm to 385 nm; a binder (B-1 component) and a polymerizable compound (C-1 component) having at least one unsaturated group in one molecule; and a second photosensitive layer comprising a photosensitive resin composition that contains a polymerization initiating component (A-2 component) comprising a photopolymerization initiator or the photopolymerization initiator and a sensitized dye, and having a peak of photosensitivity at a wavelength from 386 nm to 435 nm, a binder (B-2 component) and a polymerizable compound (C-2 component) having at least one unsaturated group within a single molecule.
